Since there isn't a senior high school nearby, our kids must to another location to finish their second cycle of schooling. At the very least, the operation of this school will improve economic activity in the neighborhood and open it up. The government should complete the project and open the facility.
Some opposition National Democratic Congress members were seen trimming the weeds around the site at the time of the visit.
Joseph Yammin, the NDC's national organizer, promised to travel the nation to defend the party's history.
He criticized the NPP for failing to maintain the school.
"Since 2017, little meaningful progress has been made toward finishing the project. Even from the side of the road, it is challenging to recognize the structure. We will therefore keep guarding the plant to prevent it from further deteriorating since it is our heritage and the NPP is adamant on finishing and getting it operational.
