Let's continue to pray for Ghanaians' Christian Atsu-Mahama.

Former President John Dramani Mahama has urged Ghanaians to keep praying for Christian Atsu, a former member of the Black Stars.

According to The Sun Newspaper, Christian Atsu is apparently stuck under debris following the devastating earthquake in Turkey.

According to Turkish newspaper Player, a search-and-rescue mission is in progress to locate the former Chelsea star who was injured in Monday's 7.8 magnitude earthquake.

Ex-Blue Atsu, 31, moved from Saudi team Al-Raed to Super Lig club Hatayspor last summer.


After the earthquake, some members of his new team needed to be saved by experts.

Therefore, Mr. Mahama urged Ghanaians to pray that God would spare the lives of Christian Atsu and everyone else engaged in the incident in a tweet on Monday.Continue to pray for the club director and our brother Christian Atsu.


"The area where the earthquake occurred includes the city of Hayat. Let's keep asking God to spare their lives, he tweeted.
