Bright Okpocha, better known by his stage name Basketmouth, a Nigerian comedian, has announced the dissolution of his marriage to Elsie Okpocha.
In 2010, Basketmouth and Elsie Okpocha were united in marriage in a lovely ceremony. In order to provide their children with the care, love, guidance, and support they require, Basketmouth pledged that they "will continue to work together."
On December 22 in the afternoon, Basketmouth posted a statement on his official Instagram page announcing the surprising information.
As painful as it is for me to share details of my private life in public, the issue cannot be avoided, he said.
My wife and I have decided to divorce after giving it some serious thought. We will continue to collaborate even while we pursue our individual goals in order to provide our precious children with the care, love, direction, and support they require.

Additionally, the comedian pleaded with the public at large and all supporters to respect their right to privacy.
