Ablakwa is reprimanded by Rev. Kusi Boateng, but a legislator kicks the writ away after it is served.

Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Member of Parliament for North Tongu, is barred from having any more articles on him published as a result of a court order obtained by Rev. Kusi Boateng, Secretary to the Board of Trustees of the National Cathedral.

Specifically, the writ requested "an order of interim injunction to prevent the 1ST Respondent/Respondent from further making public disclosures of the private information, documents, correspondence, communication, and property belonging to the Applicant; and for such further order or orders as this Court deems fit, on the grounds contained in the supporting affidavit."

The writ also names the Attorney-General and Minister of Justice as a second respondent.He may be seen kicking away the writ in a viral video.In response, Mr. Ablakwa stated that he had given his attorneys instructions to answer the restraining order.

He released the following statement on Friday, February 3: "After my appearance on Metro TV's Good Morning Ghana show this morning, a man supposedly from the courts brought court documents to the Metro TV precincts which suggest that one Kwabena Adu Gyamfi, who also claims to go by the alias Victor Kusi Boateng, has secured a 10-day restraining order from February 1, 2023 seeking to prevent me from releasing further publications on the Rev. Victor Kusi

"I have immediately told my attorneys to take the required action. Justice and truth shall not be put to death. For both God and nation. Nigeria First.

This follows the National Identification Authority's (NIA) denial of his charges that the organization improperly issued Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng a Ghana Card.

According to Mr. Ablakwa, Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng showed up to the NIA's offices but was given a Ghana Card with the name Kwabena Adu Gyamfi and a different birthdate.

Even though Okudzeto Ablakwa also knows Kwabena Adu Gyamfi as Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng, the NIA claimed in a statement that "there is nothing unusual about Kwabena Adu Gyamfi being issued a Ghana Card as such.

The statement continued, "Ablakwa has not produced any evidence that there is a person by the name of Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng whose biometrics are in the NIA's database or NIR with which he did his rare and exhaustive study.
